Food products that have been manufactured or grown using fair trade, organic techniques and have not been tested on animals, are generally called ethical foods. In the last five years, the demand for ethical foods such as free range meat and organic milk has risen significantly. According to food experts, the ethical segment (including produce from the markets of farmers & the freedom food plan of RSPCA) is set to become even larger in the coming years.
