Depending on my mood and ofcourse they vary according to the phases of the moon and the state of my kitchen and disorganised fridge, i veg out in front of the tv with my favourite leftover dinners.

If I'm in a spicy mood I use some of the thai sauces, and as many veggies as I can get hold of and just make a pseudo thai rice, or i make it like a cold rice salad , a bit like couscous with balsamic vinegar, peppers, finely chopped onions, skinned, chopped not squishy tomatoes and some sesame oil, infact some coriander and mint also tastes super with this...

In the winter when there are tons of greens around I like to experiment with boiled chopped spinach or mustard greens, or soya/dill.. I love dill!

If it's a pajama party with the girls, then ofocurse we try and imitate the streetfood guys in Delhi who make Punjabi chinese.. ofcourse we can never get it quite like, that would need serious quantities of dirty finger nails, unbathed, sweaty bodies, mobil oil, and ofcourse some elbow grease.. in the absense of all these things, we manage with chilli sauce both red and green, white vinegar can mangae with the mohan's malt vinegar as well, the usual, cabbage, onions, peppers and leftover chicken tikkas, low grade soy sauce not available anywhere else except in cheap stores in India (it's the best if you want it to turn out like punjabi chinese chow anyway) And the piece de resistance is omlettes on top ....yum ... perfect with a chick flick!
