[edit] this infromation is innacurate/hearsay&Assumptions

Do not use this as a source of serious info about carcinogens in food the information in this article is highly dubious! Why not listen to Bruce Ames, Creator of the Ames' test, the most widely used test to detect carcinogenic potential. His Studies confirm that "natural" food those grown without pesticides/hormones are actually stronger mutagens because of the predisposition to mutate as an advantageous property of "natural" (farmer based) selection. Please, real science, not oversimplified Bovine Excrement. Coffee is not even included on this list and it contains over 1000 known carcinogens in an average cup for peat sake! Bottom line eat what you like and makes you happy, if you are worried about how many carcinogens are in your food don't educate your self because they are everywhere and often in higher concentrations in natural "healthy" food. one more thing I noticed hot dogs are the number one food you should not eat due to nitrate which can form nitrosamines under proper conditions, well if you are worried about nitrate don't eat broccoli, beets or lettuce or green veggie because they contain on average between 100 milligrams nitrate per 200 gram serving! I respectfully request that this article be corrected or removed from this site. I am not saying this to be a pundit, I'm trying to get accurate information not uninformed dribble.

[edit] Add this relevant information to the article

This is an interesting point of view and the article would definitely appear more balanced with this additional information. Could you add this to the article? Also if you could support your viewpoint with some references and scientific research, it would make the information appear more authentic.
