Windbreaks
From CopperWiki
Windbreaks are rows of trees and shrubs planted in such a way that they are able to slow, direct, and block wind.
By directing winds over or around protected areas, windbreaks have many benefits --
1. They protect delicate crops and shrubs
2. They look aesthetically pleasing.
3. They help conserve energy
4. They function as wildlife habitats.
